What can a life coach do for me?

As a Narrative Life Coach I can support you in finding and staying on your path. By co-creating a coaching relationship with you, I can help you stay motivated and on-task, moving toward your long term far-reaching goals, and I can help you "see" and change negative, life-negating self-talk and the underlying reasons based on what we know today about brain science and "mindfulness" techniques.  I can offer you tools to help you step out of your "old" negative self and into your "new" life-affirming self.  You will gain heightened clarity, more energy and greater passion in life.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

Each client jointly signs a three-month commitment contract with me as your life coach.  It is customary to commit to at least three months for you to see any kind of change.  After three months, we can reassess and see what will work best for you moving forward.

How do we get started?

The first step is to schedule a sample session.  In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be. If you decide our coaching relationship is right for you, I will send you a welcome packet which will include a contract, a personal fact sheet and some general questions about your goals, values, etc.
